A good clean isn't achieved by just vacuuming the middle of a room, edges and corners need attention, too! The Miele RX1 Scout uses two extra-long brushes on the sides of the vacuum to get right next to walls and into the corners. These brushes pull any debris and move it to the vacuums center where it can easily be suctioned up.

Over time, your Scout will need its brushes replaced. This is easily done by locating the brushes at the bottom of the unit, removing them with a gentle tug, and replacing them with the new ones.
